1. Return & Exchange Policy

• No Returns for Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for products due to a change of mind or personal preference.
• Incorrect or Wrong Item Received: If you receive a different item than what you ordered or an incorrect product, we will exchange it free of charge.

• Warranty Products: For products that come with a warranty, 50% of the courier charges will be borne by the customer for exchanges or warranty claims.
